Returns
This returns policy forms part of and is applicable together with our Terms of service.

All returns will need to be approved. The best way is to e-mail us via info@zcooper.co.za

All devices carry a minimum 3 month repair warranty (unless otherwise specified). Accessory warranty period can vary per product

Should you device give you an issue within 7 days, please inform JK Phones via email address info@zcooper.co.za and we will arrange to have your device shipped back to us at our cost.

Should your device be older than 7 days, you would need to ship your device at your own cost back to us in order it to be inspected.

If you looking to return a device to us due to change of mind, please note that shipping will be for your own cost. The device must be sent back within 7 days in the original condition will all the accessories and packaging intact. Handling fees may apply if any of these conditions are not met.

All repairs received by JK Phones will be inspected and communicated to the customer as to what the issue is. Should there be a cost involved, this will be communicated to the customer before going ahead with the repairs

Repairs generally take 3-5 days excluding shipping time and it also dependent on parts availability.

These warranties cover manufacturer defects and does not cover wear and tear of the product. Products will be assessed to determine the fault of the product.
Client misuse of any product will void all warranties and will be non-replaceable.
JK Phones shall not be liable for any loss, cost, claim, or damage of whatsoever nature (excluding injury or death) suffered by the customer in relation to the device, however arising.
All support and/or maintenance offered in relation to the device is either provided by the manufacturer thereof and/or JK Phones. JK Phones shall not be liable for any loss, cost, claim, damage of whatsoever nature suffered by the customer in relation thereto including without limitation any failure of the manufacturer to provide same.
Any device older than 7 days can only be exchanged.
Any device older than 14 days needs to be booked in to our repair centre.
You will be refunded the purchase price of the items less any fees/expenses within 7 days following receipt of your item when applicable.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at zakia@zcooper.co.za.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at zakia@zcooper.co.za and send your item to: 9 Gold Reef Road, Ormonde, Gauteng, 2091, South Africa.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9 Gold Reef Road, Ormond, Gauteng, 2091, South Africa

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 We do not pay for courier fees for a change of mind.
